An e-mail will be sent to you at the address provided confirming your order on receipt of your completed order form. A further email will be sent on receipt of payment. An order reference will be allocated to you and should be quoted in all subsequent correspondence.

 We reserve the right to make price changes without notice to take into account any changes passed on to us by suppliers, material costs, and errors or omissions published on our website. In this instance we will inform you of the price change and ask you to re-confirm your order.

All goods have been portrayed as accurately as possible given the change in medium. The colours you see on screen will depend on your computer monitor settings. Consequently there may be some difference between the goods you receive and the image on your screen.

You have the right to cancel the order under the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000. If you wish to cancel your order it must be done in writing within 7 days. If we have received your payment it will be refunded in full. Should the goods have been despatched then they must be returned to us at your expense within 10 days.

In the event of special delivery or overseas orders we ask that you contact us for postage information prior to placing an order. Orders may be confirmed once you have received a breakdown of costs from us.

Regardless of the postage selection we will ensure all pictures are securely packaged and suitable for posting. We will not be responsible for goods damaged in transit.

Once an order has been placed payment must be received by us within 7 days. Should any problem occur with this then you should contact us as soon as possible or your order will be cancelled.

In the case of overseas orders any relevant customs or importation duties remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Our liability except in the case of death or personal injury is limited in this contract to the purchase price of the goods and we will not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential loss or damage , or any loss of data, profit, revenue, income or business however caused, even if foreseeable.

At our discretion and without assigning reason we may refuse or delay an order.

You confirm that you are over 18 years of age and are capable of entering into this agreement.

We will not be liable for any delay in providing goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to make changes to our site and these conditions of use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, that condition shall be deemed not to form part of this agreement and the enforceability of the remainder of this agreement shall not be affected.

Any personal information held by us will be in confidence and will not be passed onto any third party.  

All purchases or contracts made via this website shall be deemed to have taken place in the U.K. and shall be governed by English law.

The above conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
